2006 Martin Wurm and Erich Varga drove with theire Audi Coupe on 3rd place in the autocross-championship. 2007 theire new-made Mitsubishi Lancer got so hardly destroyed by another car, that the new season was over after the first race. The brothers knew, that they want to change in a class, where is no contact to the other cars.
As spectators at some rallyes they got the Volvo-fever.
In winter 2007/08 a Volvo 940 was organised and made to a rallyecar, which is now used in the austrian Volvo-rallyescene.
